After a severe earthquake struck Ecuador, Tzu Chi volunteers initiated a Cash for Relief program and pledged to rebuild the Church of San Andres in Canoa. Tzu Chi foundation later held a Buddha Bathing and prayer ceremony in the Church of Santa Ana.
